Job Title: Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will utilize hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies that are used across multiple fields. You will be responsible for performing quality checks on your work and using computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

+ Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches to assemble products.

+ Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.

+ Perform quality checks on completed assemblies before proceeding to the next steps.

+ Access and follow assembly instructions using multiple computer programs.

Essential Skills

+ Basic computer operation skills.

+ Experience in production and assembly processes.

+ Ability to use hand tools for assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of assembly experience is preferred.

+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.

+ Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.

+ Experience in customer service is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
