    Job Title: Lift Driver

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday 4am - 4:30pm

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Lift Driver to operate an industrial forklift, known as a 'Combi Lift', to feed lines with raw materials and transport finished products. The role involves performing various duties and procedures in the assigned production line area effectively, safely, and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a 'Combi Lift' forklift to manage raw materials and finished products.

    + Perform duties as an operator in the assigned production line area as instructed.

    + Complete reports and respond to inquiries as needed.

    + Maintain cleanliness in the production line area.

    + Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as directed by the Supervisor.

    + Use industrial equipment, machinery, and tools effectively.

    + Perform changeovers quickly and safely.

    + Assist with scrap breakdown as directed.

    + Comply with all company policies and procedures.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with forklifts, industrial equipment, and material-handling equipment.

    + Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with the metric measurement system.

    + High attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

    + Two years of experience as a machine or production operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

    + Ability to work up to 12 hours per day and weekends, as necessary.

    + Capability to perform physical movements required for the role.

    + Experience in a non-climate-controlled environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Effective verbal communication in English.

    + Basic proficiency in MS Excel.

    + Reliability and dependability in reporting for assigned shifts.

    + Prior forklift experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure. The Combi Lift is enclosed, offering a mix of operational settings in a manufacturing plant environment. The role requires adaptability to extreme temperatures, noise, dust, and other typical manufacturing conditions.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.77 - $22.77/hr.
