Job Title: Intermediate Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an Intermediate Machine Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for running, loading, and eventually taking full charge of the machine after a comprehensive training period. Our production focuses on manufacturing Lipton Teas and Pasta Dry Pouches. As this is a food environment, proper PPE such as hairnets and beard nets is mandatory, and jewelry, including facial piercings, is strictly prohibited.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and manage the machine effectively after training.

+ Load materials and oversee the production process.

+ Troubleshoot, set up, and maintain the machines beyond basic operations.

+ Ensure compliance with food safety standards and PPE requirements.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.

+ Experience in food manufacturing is a significant advantage.

+ Ability to set up, manage, and understand the machines beyond button pressing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to learn and adapt to various machine operations.

+ Flexibility to work within a shift system for an initial period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48692.80 - $50772.80/yr.
