_Shop Technician- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay_

_Location: West Fargo, ND_

_Pay: $21.97- $27.82/hr_

_Hours: Monday-Thursday, Various Shifts Available_

_The Shop Technician role involves performing basic assembly and disassembly operations. You will utilize blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices, and other equipment to ensure conformance to quality specifications. Additionally, you will use precision measuring devices to assemble and disassemble final products while interpreting blueprints accurately._

_Responsibilities:_

+ _Perform basic assembly and disassembly operations._

+ _Utilize blueprints, gauges, and torque measuring devices to ensure quality specifications are met._

+ _Use precision measuring devices for effective assembly and disassembly of final products._

+ _Interpret blueprints accurately._

+ _Perform preventive maintenance on equipment._

+ _Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes._

+ _Conduct Safety Stop Audits observations._

+ _Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Process Improvement and Development (PID) processes._

+ _Engage in cross-training and support various areas of the shop as required._

_Essential Skills:_

+ _Ability to perform assembly and disassembly tasks._

+ _Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring devices._

+ _Experience with drivetrain parts assembly and disassembly._

+ _Ability to interpret blueprints effectively._

_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_

+ _Prior experience in fields such as Mechanical Assembly/Disassembly, welding, Metal Fabrication, Agricultural or Construction Equipment Assembly, and Mechanics is encouraged._

The pay range for this position is $21.97 - $27.82/hr.
