Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Production Operator for the 1st shift. This role involves testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging in a light industrial setting. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM. 2nd shift is Monday to Thursday, from 3:00pm-1:30am.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor production machinery.

+ Perform testing and inspection of products.

+ Engage in light assembly tasks, including putting hoses together.

+ Package finished products for shipment.

+ Meet production metrics and quotas.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with assembly and production work.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.

+ Capability to lift up to 10-15 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to change a tire independently is a plus.

+ Comfortable with handling paperwork and email communications.

Work Environment

Work in a nearly brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. The environment is clean, bright, and temperature-controlled at 68 degrees with 30% humidity. Safety is a top priority, ensuring a secure and comfortable workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
