Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description
The electromechanical assembler will be responsible for using a wide range of machines, hand tools, and electrical assembly components to produce quality parts and assemble items integrated with industrial automation and robotic system applications. This role includes testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical components on robots.
Responsibilities
+ Produce quality parts using machines and hand tools.
+ Assemble items for integration with industrial automation and robotic systems.
+ Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical components on robots.
+ Read and interpret electrical blueprints to wire control panels.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Experience in electrical assembly and control panel wiring
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A minimum of one year of experience in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, maintenance, or control panels
+ Completion of a 2-year technical college program or equivalent work experience

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting that is very clean and climate controlled. The team consists of four other Electrical Assembly Technicians. The standard working hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
