Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join a significant project at a major plant in Baytown. This role involves extensive concrete work, including redoing foundations, concrete pads, housing pads, pouring new concrete, and breaking up old concrete. The project is expected to last for over six months, offering a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

+ Perform concrete finishing tasks, including pouring new concrete and breaking up old concrete.

+ Redo foundations and concrete pads.

+ Utilize personal tools to complete concrete work efficiently.

+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Must Have Skills

+ Extensive concrete work experience.

+ Proficiency in English.

+ Possession of personal concrete finishing tools.

+ TWIC certification.

+ DISA score of 1 or less.

+ Ability to start work promptly after DISA and HASC clearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a skilled carpenter or rod buster is preferred.

+ Completion of HASC classes.

Work Environment

The role requires working in varying weather conditions. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots and FR clothing, is mandatory, while hard hats and safety glasses will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baytown, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
