    Description

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to handle a variety of clerical and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

    + Enter and verify financial data in accounting systems

    + Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for accuracy

    + Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments

    + Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

    + Maintain organized financial records and documentation

    + Support month-end and year-end closing activities

    + Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    + Excellent communication and organizational abilities
