    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Clerk for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity in Crafton, PA. This role primarily focuses on AIA billing (approximately 50–60% of the workload) while also supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Payroll functions as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction industry operations and be proficient in key accounting and billing software.

    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and process AIA billing documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

    + Ensure compliance with billing procedures and work closely with project managers or relevant teams when needed.

    + Utilize software such as Procore, Textura, and Foundation Accounting to manage billing tasks effectively.

    + Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice review, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

    + Support Payroll processing and reporting sporadically, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless accounting operations.

    + Maintain organized records and provide reporting as requested by leadership.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in AIA billing is essential (construction industry experience strongly preferred).

    + Proficiency in Procore, Textura, and Foundation Accounting software is required.

    + Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Payroll functions, with hands-on experience preferred.

    + Ability to manage a high-volume workload and maintain strong attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication skills to handle internal teams and external vendors.

    + Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    + No degree or specific educational background required; relevant experience is key.
