    Robert Half Lexington is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join a team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the hospitality industry by ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational efficiency.     Responsibilities:

    • Update and manage electronic directories to ensure accurate and up-to-date hotel information.

    • Perform regular audits and cleanup tasks to maintain the integrity of the network.

    • Organize and maintain electronic files and records for seamless accessibility.

    • Investigate and resolve connectivity issues to ensure smooth operations.

    • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges for both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Conduct test reservations and analyze outcomes to pinpoint and resolve errors.

    • Collaborate with IT teams and connectivity partners to address system defects.

    • Provide additional support to management by handling assigned tasks and projects.

     

    Requirements • Previous experience in hospitality or related industries is preferred.

     

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-motivate.

    • Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel.

    • Comfortable working with multiple computer and web-based systems.

    • A team-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
