Description

A growing professional services firm in San Diego is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join their team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients, managing projects, and ensuring that all communications and deliverables meet the company’s high standards of service.

This is a great role for someone who loves working with people, balancing multiple priorities, and being the bridge between clients and internal teams.

• What You’ll Do

+ Serve as the first point of contact for clients — manage inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure prompt follow-up.

+ Support project coordination, documentation, and client onboarding processes.

+ Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and track ongoing engagement activities.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

+ Prepare client-facing materials, reports, and presentations.

+ Anticipate client needs and provide proactive communication and solutions.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of client service, administrative, or account coordination experience.

+ Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.

+ High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stay organized.

+ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or project management tools.

+ Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
