• Customer Service Representative

    Robert Half Office Team (Weymouth, MA)


    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Weymouth, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you'll be assisting in answering the phone, transferring calls, answering questions about customer accounts – answering questions on billing questions, and doing data entry of customer information. HVAC experience is preferred by not required.

     

    Pay: $22/hour

    Hours and schedule:

    Monday- Friday 10 AM - 6 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM

     

    Duration: Long term contract

     

    Start: ASAP

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

    • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to address customer needs effectively.

    • Manage email correspondence and provide timely responses to customer concerns.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting tasks.

    • Maintain accurate records and update databases with relevant customer information.

    • Resolve customer issues with a focus on providing satisfactory solutions.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    -Picking up phone calls, placing fuel orders, answering questions for customers.

     

    -Person needs to be comfortable picking up the phone, enter account number, answer their question or at least

     

    -Good tech skills

     

    -HVAC and or oil industry experience is great but not required

     

    -Billing is once per month plus a few small tasks weekly
