Description We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Sanger, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multi-line phone systems. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and detail-oriented environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and detail-oriented reception experience.

• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.

• Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary.

• Maintain an organized and clean reception area to enhance the client experience.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

• Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor and manage the switchboard for up to 10 phone lines, ensuring prompt and accurate service.

• Support part-time receptionist duties as needed to maintain coverage and efficiency.

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.

• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and functional reception area.

• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as filing and scheduling.

• Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive interactions.
