Description We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Payroll Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Canton, Massachusetts. This role focuses on supporting payroll operations, with an emphasis on data entry, reporting, and compliance-related tasks. If you thrive on working with data and spreadsheets and are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment, this position is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate payroll data within the payroll system.

• Generate and prepare payroll reports and documentation as needed.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with Social Security reporting requirements for our special education school.

• Retrieve pay stubs and compile necessary payroll-related records.

• Organize and analyze data using spreadsheets to support payroll operations. Requirements • Previous experience in payroll or a related role is required.

• Familiarity with Paycom is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
