    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to manage a high volume of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    + Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

    + Match, batch, and code invoices for entry into the accounting system

    + Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

    + Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and reporting as needed

    + Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding billing or payment issues

    + Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as required

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting support

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
