Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. This position involves managing a team and handling complex payroll processes across multiple states. As a long-term contract opportunity, this role offers stability and the chance to make a significant impact within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.

• Manage payroll for over 3,000 employees, including salary and bi-weekly payroll cycles.

• Review employee timecards and ensure proper reconciliation between system-generated and Kronos timekeeping data.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations across multiple states.

• Handle full-cycle payroll processes, including calculations, adjustments, and reporting.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Kronos timekeeping systems to streamline payroll operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of payroll systems.

• Provide support and guidance to employees and management regarding payroll-related inquiries.

• Prepare and submit detailed payroll reports to organizational leadership.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on large-scale operations.

• Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes, including multi-state payroll.

• Experience managing payroll for organizations with over 500 employees.

• Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Kronos timekeeping systems.

• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations at the federal and state levels.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
