    Description

    We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail to support a key short-term data project in Jacksonville, FL. If you enjoy working with Excel, SQL, and large datasets to uncover insights — this role is for you!

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze, clean, and reconcile large data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    + Perform data comparisons, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

    + Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) to organize and interpret data.

    + Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

    + Present clear reports and findings to stakeholders to support business decisions.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and formulas).

    + Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

    + High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.

    + Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    + Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

    + Understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.

    + Familiarity with financial or operational data analysis.
