    Description

    One of our valued clients in Everett is on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join their expanding accounting team. This contract role offers the chance to make an immediate impact by tackling a backlog of invoices and supporting full-cycle A/P operations.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    Process 200+ invoices weekly using full-cycle A/P procedures

     

    Manage credit card transactions and perform reconciliations

     

    Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payments

     

    Maintain organized records and documentation

     

    Identify and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in Accounts Payable

     

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

     

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently

     

    Experience with Ramp and Tipalti software required

     

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
