    In this role, you’ll keep day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly by managing deliveries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all documentation is handled accurately.

    Responsibilities:

    Daily Operations:

    - Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries for the facility.

     

    - Coordinate trailer traffic for long-term tenants (approx. 10 bays).

     

    - Process and verify paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments, including bills of lading.

    Systems & Communication:

    - Utilize company systems for shipment documentation

     

    - Use Excel for daily activity reports and Outlook for communication with internal and external teams.

    Traffic Volume:

    - Oversee approximately 30 shipments daily (combined inbound/outbound).

     

    - Monitor shuttle service activity, averaging 5–6 runs per day between nearby locations.

     

    Schedule

     

    Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (approx. 45–50 hrs/week).

     

    Occasional early wrap-ups around 3:30–4:00 PM, especially on Fridays.

    Skills & Experience

     

    - Strong organizational skills: Accuracy with paperwork is key for billing and driver payment processing.

     

    - Excellent communication: Ability to build strong relationships with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.

     

    - Dependable and self-motivated: This role requires independence and accountability.

     

    - Industry experience a plus: Background in transportation, logistics, or warehousing preferred.
