Description We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a candidate with a strong passion for e-commerce and the ability to analyze data, optimize platforms, and drive online sales strategies. Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret data using Google Analytics to improve website performance and user engagement.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Marketplace and eBay to maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for content management systems (CMS) to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to track, report, and forecast e-commerce metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve e-commerce operations.
• Monitor and enhance product listings and descriptions to drive higher visibility and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantages in the online marketplace.
• Support platform integrations and transitions, including Sitecore, to improve system functionality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives. Requirements • Proficiency in Google Analytics with proven ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Marketplace and eBay.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their application in e-commerce.
• Strong passion and drive for e-commerce with a focus on innovation and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively.
• Experience with Sitecore or similar platforms is a plus.
