Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-established national defense firm in search of a passionate and experienced Senior Level Civil Litigation Attorney. This fully remote opportunity is designed for skilled legal professionals licensed to practice in California who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you have expertise in insurance defense and are seeking a contract-to-hire role, this could be your ideal next step.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handling complex civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense.

+ Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

+ Conducting analysis and responding to discovery.

+ Reviewing and summarizing medical records related to litigation cases.

+ Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice on case management.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Active license to practice law in California.

+ Strong skills in drafting legal documents and reviewing medical records.

+ Proficiency in managing litigation remotely and utilizing technology tools in a virtual work setting.

+ Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
