    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all aspects of the Diagnostic Imaging department, including radiology, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

    + Develop and implement innovative workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience.

    + Evaluate and introduce emerging imaging technologies and practices to keep our hospital at the forefront of diagnostic care.

    + Collaborate across the health system with clinical teams, IT, and administration to align imaging services with organizational goals.

    + Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of technologists, radiologists, and support staff.

    What We Are Looking For

    + Proven leadership experience in diagnostic imaging within a hospital or healthcare system.

    + Strong understanding of imaging technologies, regulatory standards, and quality assurance.

    + Strategic mindset with the ability to manage change and drive departmental growth.

    + Excellent communication and team-building skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

    + 7 plus years of experience
