    Description

    Clerk: Parts Room

     

    3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:30am

    FLEXIBLE HOURS PREFERRED

    Position Summary:

    • Computer Literate

    • Heavy Lifting

    • Stock parts and create new location if necessary.

    • Tag all rebuilt motors, gear boxes, stock and update computers

    • Well Organized

    • Maintain readable bin location. Replace unusable bin containers as needed.

    • Check outside of shop and behind warehouse for received items.

    • Run reports and post in shop.

    • Inventory Control

    • Check receiving report with inventory count

    • Monitor assigned area

    • Distribute parts and record accurately

    • Keep area clean

    • Report damage tools and tools needing repair to shift supervisor.

    • Complete random spot checks and report to supervisor

    • Complete other assigned duties as requested by supervisor.

     

    - Must be honest, focused and

     

    have Excellent attendance.

    SOME WEEKEND WORK IS REQUIRED

    Skills and Experience:

    High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training of equivalent combination of education and experience.
