    The **Senior Sales Manager** at **Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills** is responsible for driving group business from both domestic and international markets\. This role involves proactively responding to inquiries, initiating new sales opportunities, identifying and qualifying leads, and engaging potential group clients\. The manager conducts site inspections, provides detailed information, determines pricing, prepares customized proposals, negotiates contracts, and manages client accounts\. Additionally, they analyze lost business to inform future strategies\.
