    Description

    Summary:

    Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS supports Huntington settlement customers by processing and respective functions. Duties & Responsibilities:

     

    + Responsible for researching settlement transactions

    + Escalates complex customer issues as appropriate.

    + Coordinates training of Operations Customer Service Specialists, coordinates special projects as assigned, updates and maintains department procedures.

    + Research and reconcile settlement services general ledgers

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

     

    This is a hybrid role, you must be located near either 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio, 295 Huntington Circle Akron, Ohio or 333 Main St Midland Mi.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 3 or more years of financial operational experience

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree

    + Experience with settlement of monetary transactions

    + General ledger research experience
