    Requirements

    + MSN or higher

    + Current Registered Nurse License from the state of CT

    + Minimum of 3 years' experience as full-time faculty in an accredited or approved nursing education program

    + Minimum of 3 years related clinical nursing practice experience

    + Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred

    Responsibilities

    + Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance

    + Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes

    + Enforce school and academic policies and procedures

    + Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation. Provide professional development, daily guidance, and evaluation of performance

    + Maintain appropriate records in compliance with Board of Nursing, accrediting body, and company policy and procedures

    + Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and requirements
