What You’ll Do

As an Cycle Counter, you’ll be part of our team located in Jackson, TN. You’ll get to:

+ Accurately count items by location and systematically record count details into Cycle Count application.

+ Reconcile inventory variances.

+ Determine root cause for inventory variance.

+ Identify item variances requiring recounts based on company policy.

+ Prepare and send detailed cycle count reports for all counts.

+ Perform audits as assigned to correct inventory errors as they occur.

+ Ability to plan, organize and possess analytical skills to ensure success of daily tasks.

+ Understands and follows the Jackson site’s environmental policy and the environmental impacts associated with their work activities

+ Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Who You Are

+ High school or GED equivalent plus 1 year of equivalent experience and/or training.

+ Experience with SAP (Inventory transactions, movement types, reporting and history analysis)

+ Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point

+ Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Must uphold 5S standards

+ Understand Root Cause Analysis and various methods (5 Why)

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Must possess excellent communication and math skills

+ Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed

+ Knowledge of Inventory Control

+ Comply with 5S program and SB&D Safety Policies

+ Ability to understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality

+ Comply with all work instructions as determined by ISO standards
