Summary You will serve as a BUSINESS ANALYST in the Business and Strategic Planning Division of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. Salary Range: GS-11: $83,104 - $108,029 per annum GS-12: $99,606 - $129,494 per annum Responsibilities You will conduct workload forecasting by coordinating, compiling, and analyzing all pertinent workload. You will provide staff assistance to a branch manager in the Business Planning Division. You will conduct short-range studies to determine possible resource requirements and resource mitigation strategies based on changing work practices. You will develop metrics from a wide variety of sources that allow customers to assess situations requiring management attention. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing business analysis to include workload forecasting and strategic planning relating to submarine overhaul and repair projects. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For the GS-11 grade level: Successfully completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Successfully completing of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. OR Successfully completing a LL.M., if related to the position being filled. OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
