This role serves as a critical strategic and operational leader in managing and optimizing Sanofi’s engagement with the 340B Drug Pricing Program across the full product portfolio. The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional initiatives aimed at maximizing value capture while proactively mitigating duplicate discount exposure, with a particular focus on the Commercial channel. As the primary liaison to Sanofi’s external partner, Berkeley Research Group (BRG), this individual leads the end-to-end process for identifying, validating, and resolving duplicate discounts.
This position will perform deep data analysis to generate actionable insights across all aspects of 340B program, assessing key internal and external factors influencing the 340B program, including regulatory, financial, and market dynamics.
This individual collaborates extensively with Market Access, Legal, Finance, Trade, and other internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end execution of 340B strategy and operational initiatives, helping to ensure compliance, financial performance, and readiness for evolving regulatory and market dynamics.
Product Maintenance
This role also supports the strategic execution of product lifecycle operations by maintaining the integrity of Sanofi’s product data across internal systems. Responsibilities include timely WAC (Wholesale Acquisition Cost) updates, competitor product integration, bundle code creation, and management of pricing-related structures such as product rollups and market baskets. This function ensures the accuracy of pricing systems, supports internal audits, and facilitates timely pricing actions to support commercial execution.

Main Responsibilities:
340B Program Management & Strategy
+ Provide strategic insights into 340B policy and its operational execution, assessing financial impacts of current and future program elements.
+ Monitor regulatory and policy developments in the 340B space, assess business impact, and help guide Sanofi’s strategic response.
+ Develop and maintain forward-looking 340B sales forecasts; proactively identify and escalate variances, contributing to actionable insights for leadership.
+ Serve as the central reporting lead for 340B actuals and analysis across focused products
+ Lead the 340B validation process through close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Market Access, Legal) and external vendors (BRG). This includes weekly eligibility list updates, issue resolution, and external vendor budget oversight.
+ Drive implementation and ongoing support for the Credit Model for duplicate discount recovery.
+ In partnership with an external audit firm, lead all 340B Covered Entity audits and Good Faith Inquiries, ensuring timely and compliant resolution
+ Serve as the primary contact for 340B inquiries via the centralized mailbox; triage, escalate, and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Support ad hoc analytics and strategic assessments across brands to drive business insights and informed decision-making.
Product and Pricing Lifecycle Operations
+ Manage WAC pricing updates for new and existing products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to corporate timelines.
+ Monitor contract administration and SAP pricing alignment, proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring system integrity.
+ Lead the creation and validation of bundle codes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to system deployment.
+ Execute ongoing system maintenance and product data management in Revenue Manager (RMUS) and other pricing systems.
+ Support ad hoc projects related to product maintenance, pricing structure, and data accuracy across the commercial portfolio.
About You
Educational Background
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
+ Area of specialization: Market Access, Finance, Business, Accounting, Policy, or Life Sciences
+ Position requires 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in commercial or government contract operations preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
+ Demonstrated experience in Market Access, Finance, or related functions within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
+ Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams.
+ Advanced analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of key internal and external factors influencing the 340B program, including regulatory, financial, and market dynamics.
+ Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a strong track record of building effective partnerships across functions and levels of the organization.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
+ Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling); strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Familiarity with Model N Revenue Manager, SAP ERP, and other contract management or financial systems preferred.
+ Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.

The salary range for this position is:
$122,250.00 - $176,583.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
