    As a key member of the Global Procurement leadership team, the **Senior Director of Enterprise Transformation and Productivity Analytics** will lead the strategic transformation of the sourcing function, delivering data-driven insights, operational excellence, and next-generation digital capabilities across the enterprise. This global role will set the long-term vision and enterprise strategy for analytics, continuous improvement, and program governance across procurement and supply chain domains.

     

    This individual will drive alignment across divisional, regional, and corporate stakeholders and partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to implement enterprise-wide initiatives that elevate data science, lean practices, and technology enablement. This role is accountable for influencing sourcing strategy through intelligence, driving business results through transformational leadership, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and productivity.

     

    The Senior Director will lead global teams across data science, engineering, program management, and lean process excellence. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, enterprise mindset, and the ability to influence complex, matrixed organizations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic Leadership & Vision

    + Set the strategic direction for enterprise procurement analytics, transformation programs, and performance productivity measures.

    + Translate enterprise supply chain and sourcing strategies into actionable technology and analytics roadmaps with clear ROI.

    + Act as the senior digital and technology advisor to procurement, shaping the digital procurement architecture and analytics stack.

    Digital & Data Transformation

    + Architect an enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence strategy that informs sourcing decisions and improves cost, quality, and risk outcomes.

    + Lead cross-functional efforts with IT and external partners to implement advanced digital and data capabilities, including AI/ML, to drive procurement modernization.

    + Establish global standards, dashboards, and KPIs to create a unified, transparent view of procurement performance.

    Enterprise Program Governance

    + Build and lead a best-in-class PMO to ensure governance and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives and transformation programs across global markets.

    + Monitor program milestones, risks, and resource allocation across capital and operational budgets.

    Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

    + Lead a global Lean and Continuous Improvement team to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize sourcing operations across the end-to-end value chain.

    + Embed a culture of operational excellence, agility, and measurable productivity improvements enterprise-wide.

    Talent & Organizational Leadership

    + Develop and lead a high-performing global team across analytics, engineering, and transformation disciplines.

    + Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

    + Serve as a change agent, coaching internal stakeholders on digital fluency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement practices.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.

    + Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain/Analytics/Operations) strongly preferred.

    + Professional supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.

    Experience

    + 12+ years of progressive business experience, with at least 6+ years in senior leadership roles in global, matrixed environments.

    + Deep functional expertise in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and enterprise transformation.

    + Proven success in leading enterprise-level analytics, data science programs, and digital transformations.

    + Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary global teams with accountability for strategic direction and performance outcomes.

    + Previous experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Aerospace) or top-tier management consulting preferred.

    Leadership Competencies

    + Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and executive presence.

    + Highly collaborative leader with the ability to influence at all organizational levels, including C-suite.

    + Proven ability to lead through change and drive complex enterprise-wide initiatives.

    + Skilled in stakeholder management, resource prioritization, and outcome-focused leadership.

    + $171,500- $275,000salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits.  Individual pay is based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

     

    This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
