    What You Will Do:

    As a Senior Sales Analytics Analyst, you will lead the continued evolution of the Sales Analytics function to enhance insights into field sales performance, identify key trends, and drive strategic decision-making. This role combines advanced technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and maintain high-impact reporting tools, streamline processes, and deliver executive-level insights that influence organizational strategy.

     

    + Translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements to build impactful reporting and analytics for Senior Sales Management.

    + Own and guide the roadmap and development of Power BI dashboards and tools, enabling automated, actionable insights across salesforce, hospital, and surgeon performance.

    + Deliver and maintain executive dashboards for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews, national sales events, and performance recognition.

    + Lead reporting and analytical efforts for key annual initiatives, including the national sales meeting and sales quota setting process, providing advanced reporting, analysis, and strategic stakeholder support.

    + Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for future-state reporting systems, collaborating closely with IT and internal stakeholders to influence design and implementation.

    + Guide collaboration efforts across departments (Sales Ops, IT, Compensation, Master Data, etc.) to ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency in reporting practices.

    + Conduct in-depth audits and advanced gap assessments to strengthen reporting accuracy, usability, and efficiency—driving sustainable process improvements across systems and tools.

    + Lead field performance tracking and trend analysis, developing insights and actionable recommendations that enhance outcomes and inform recognition programs.

    + Manage and prioritize ad hoc analytical requests, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of performance metrics and reports across all organizational levels.

    + Mentor and guide analysts, promoting self-service analytics and standardization through Power BI best practices and training.

    What You Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

    + 2+ years of relevant analytics experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including advanced data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development

    + Ability to write and optimize SQL queries using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Databricks

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting

    Preferred:

    + MBA or Master’s degree in a related field

    + Demonstrated financial acumen and experience developing insights that influence business decisions

    + Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build and deliver data-driven presentations for Senior Leadership

    + Deep understanding of data visualization, modeling, and governance best practices, with the ability to coach others on analytical excellence

     

    $69,100- $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

     

    This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
