Job Title: Contracts Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Manager to join our team in supporting complex aerospace and defense programs. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in federal contracting and a passion for driving compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements throughout their lifecycle.
+ Government Compliance: Ensure full adherence to FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other applicable federal regulations.
+ Proposal Support: Partner with business development and proposal teams to analyze RFPs/RFQs and contribute to winning bid strategies.
+ Risk Mitigation: Identify and address contractual risks, including flow-down requirements, indemnification clauses, and regulatory exposure.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and program management to align contract strategies with business goals.
+ Audit & Reporting: Maintain accurate contract documentation and support internal and external audits.
+ Process Optimization: Enhance contract templates, workflows, and training materials to improve efficiency and compliance.
+ Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related communications with government agencies and prime contractors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within aerospace and defense.
+ Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other federal acquisition regulations.
+ Experience supporting DoD, NASA, or other federal agencies.
+ Proficient in redlining, interpreting legal language, and managing complex contract terms.
+ Comfortable interfacing with clients and external stakeholders.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or technical background preferred.
+ Familiarity with complex aerospace systems (beyond injection molding) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
