We are looking for a Blender to join our Agricultural Solutions team in St. Louis, MO.

We are looking for a Blender I to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will mix raw ingredients to create finished products according to recipes. You will be responsible for weighing the correct ingredients and will use pumps, mixers, filters, and scales throughout the blending process to transfer ingredients to the appropriate vessels. This role also involves sampling raw material, sampling finished product, and cleaning vessels, blending equipment, and fillers.Additionally, you will be responsible for handling hazardous & non-hazardous waste. Teamwork and communication are essential for this role.
During your shift as a Blender, you will
+ Check on equipment throughout blend process.
+ Set up and operate blending equipment.
+ Assist blenders and production operators as needed.
+ Actively engage in safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs.
+ Report problems or concerns with safety, quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor.
+ Work closely with support staff such as Maintenance Technicians, Engineering, Production Supervisor, and Quality to resolve issues.
+ Accurately produce batch paperwork.
+ Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Supervisor.
+ Participate as an active member of the production team and assist production as required.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Work overtime as required.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
If you have...
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 5 years of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
+ Forklift Experience (Required)
+ Computer Skills
+ Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide as well as making the necessary conversions
+ Must be able to read and comprehend written and oral instructions including safety rules, SOP’s, batch recipes and material identification.
+ Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment
+ Experience in compounding and mixing
+ Ability to analyze and solve problems and good attendance history
