    • Now Hiring: Candidate Care Coordinator (Talent Acquisition Support)

    • Pay: $18-21/hr

    • Location: Hybrid – 50% onsite in Tampa, FL

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

    • Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend

     

    Are you looking to break into Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in HR operations and project work? This role offers a unique opportunity to support pre-employment activities across the Americas, including I-9 audits, digital onboarding, and immigration support.

    - Strong communication and problem-solving skills

     

    - Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and ATS systems (Workday experience is a plus)

     

    - Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a bonus!

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.47/hr.
