Job Description:
This position will continue the development of the fragmented market channels for Food Service and bakeries. Works with designated selling group to maximize sales volume. Responsible for overseeing activities, initiating training support, and interface with end users, dealers, consultants, rep groups, and sales channel groups/individual. Assist in developing major sales opportunities and the introduction of new products. The selected candidate will need to possess strong aggressive growth mindset, organizational skills, and drive business growth.
Scope and Function:
Reports to the Business Unit Manager, requires a close working relationship with internal and external sales team and will also work closely with the Baxter product team. Needs to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with the field sales team. Provide support to field sales organizations to maximize sales volume for the individual product line. Develop tactical planning by product category to meet the sales goals as established in the operating plan.
+ Ability to become product line expert
+ Provide sales organization support through day-to-day product support, customer product presentations, coordination of internal events such as meetings, factory visits, showroom, etc.,
+ Demonstration of product benefits and value proposition.
+ Represent product line at national and regional industry association trade shows.
+ Provides product training develops content, support material and presentations for the Dealer sales development program.
+ Provides product knowledge support to sales team, consultants, dealers, and brand marketing, facilitates product launch sales/service training materials.
+ Conduct competitive analysis and develop/maintain competitive comparisons.
+ Day-to-day liaison to customer care
+ Participation in Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ITW’s 80/20 Front-to-Back (FTB) process
+ Trend analysis/identification
+ Support budget and brand management

Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or engineering.
+ 3+ years of industry experience.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
+ Hands on testing and/or troubleshooting
+ Travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation Information:
Exempt Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Annual +Plus Annual Incentive Performance Bonus
