    Work Hours: PRN (as needed) Rotating Shifts

    Qualifications

    Here's What You Need:

    Education

    * High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

    Experience

    * 6 Months Related Experience Preferred.

    * 6 Months Customer Service Preferred.

    Licenses and Certifications

    * BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.

    Skills

    * Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining tact, maturity, and a professional attitude.

    * Excellent verbal communication.

    * Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

    * Knowledge of Windows/PC helpful.

    * Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.

    What You Will Do:

    * Transports patients by the appropriate method to and from all patient care areas.

    * Deliver and pick up patient care equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services and other supporting items throughout the hospital.

    * Maintain par levels and cleans equipment in designated areas.

    * Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.

    * Monitors systems: RTLS, security cameras, HUGS, fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with patient and materials movement.

    * Secures necessary maintenance and repair of equipment and maintains adequate stock levels of supplies. May assist with inventory and ordering rental equipment, furniture and/or supplies for Mission Control.

    * Adheres to Body Substance Isolation Universal Precaution Policy.

    * Willingly accepts additional duties and tasks assigned by leadership.

    * Assists patients in dressing appropriately for procedures.

    * Deliver patient concierge services.
