**SWP Contracting LLC** is looking for a Foreman to support our construction and maintenance/vegetation contract in the Harlingen, TX area.

Essential Functions:

+ Proactive problem solving with resources and scheduled milestones.

+ Ensuring manpower and resources are appropriate to successfully execute plans.

+ Direct personnel and adjust priorities

+ Implement project schedules and employee work plans.

+ Delegate when appropriate to focus on higher priority needs.

+ Ensure and emphasize compliance with all safety precautions, policies and plans.

+ Monitor, direct and coach job site personnel.

Education/Certifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Required Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of relevant construction foreman or equivalent experience.

+ Extensive OSH guidelines knowledge/experience.

+ Solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

+ Broad knowledge of construction equipment, blueprints, , concrete, carpentry and roadwork.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
