    Responsibilities

    + Validate and process invoices with precision.

    + Accurately enter invoice data into the system.

    + Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless processing.

    + Maintain attention to detail to prevent discrepancies in invoice records.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.

    + Knowledge of purchase orders and accounts payable.

    + Strong attention to detail.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with OCR software is a plus, enabling the conversion of scanned images into machine-readable text.

    Work Environment

    This position is fully onsite, working alongside the accounts payable team. It provides a supportive environment for those looking to re-enter the workforce or gain entry-level experience.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Collins, Colorado.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
