    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sourcing Specialist to lead our end-to-end sourcing operations. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, drive cost savings, and strengthen supplier relationships. You’ll play a key role in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sourcing Strategy & Development

     

    + Design and implement sourcing strategies that support business objectives and minimize risk.

    + Conduct spend analysis at multiple levels to identify cost-saving opportunities.

    + Perform market research to stay ahead of supplier trends and emerging technologies.

    + Use data analytics to inform sourcing decisions and negotiation strategies.

     

    Sourcing Management

     

    + Lead RFx processes and manage sourcing events from initiation to contract.

    + Negotiate contracts in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with service expectations and risk mitigation.

    + Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial health, and market standing.

    + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.

     

    Customer Relationship Management

     

    + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving sourcing needs.

    + Act as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and problem solver.

     

    Supplier Relationship Management

     

    + Maintain a deep understanding of supplier offerings and future developments.

    + Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

     

    Professional Development

     

    + Maintain an annual development plan to stay current on industry trends and procurement best practices.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

    Preferred:

    + Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
