Overview:
We’re seeking a Cyber Metrics Project Coordinator to support a large-scale cybersecurity initiative focused on reducing tech debt and improving risk posture across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, and can translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Oversight
+ Coordinate multiple cybersecurity workstreams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
+ Facilitate project status meetings, track milestones, and manage timelines.
+ Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies across technical and business teams.
+ Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with agile methodologies.
Metrics & Reporting
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine cybersecurity risk metrics.
+ Track and report progress using dashboards, agile user stories, and metric reports.
+ Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and work with teams to resolve them.
Cross-Functional Communication
+ Draft executive-level summaries and updates on cybersecurity program status.
+ Translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
+ Partner with business units to improve compliance and accountability.
Strategic Impact
+ Enhance visibility into cybersecurity efforts at the business unit level.
+ Support reduction of defects and improve compliance metrics.
+ Help scale the initiative by improving clarity, coordination, and reporting.
Top Skills – Must Haves:
+ Project Coordination: Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
+ Cybersecurity Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk metrics.
+ Executive Communication: Ability to create clear, concise updates for leadership.
+ Data Analysis: Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends or errors.
Nice to Haves:
+ Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
+ Familiarity with cloud environments and traditional networking.
+ Exposure to GRC frameworks or enterprise compliance programs.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
+ 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, project coordination, or program management.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
