    Description

    As a Salesforce Developer at Link Logistics, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver customer-centric business solutions. Your role will involve a combination of technical and functional tasks, ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets and exceeds business needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Salesforce Foundational Development

    o Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.

    o Prepare and maintain documentation for technical build.

    o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements, and execute them into technical specs and build.

    o Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning web components, and Lightning components.

    o Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.

    o Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.

    o Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

    o Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates.

    o Establish and configure the foundational elements of the Salesforce platform.

    o Implement and manage DevOps processes for continuous integration and deployment.

    o Design and configure data tables within Salesforce.

    o Install and configure Salesforce packages.

    o Ensure the security and proper permissions of the Salesforce applications.

    o Implement and manage identity and access management solutions.

    Matter Management & Contract Lifecycle Management

    o Develop and maintain solutions for managing legal matters.

    o Set up and maintain customer and external counsel portals.

    o Manage user accounts and permissions.

    o Design and implement flows to automate business processes.

    o Customize page layouts and lightning pages to meet business requirements.

    o Set up and manage notifications within Salesforce.

    o Implement and maintain electronic billing solutions.

    o Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.

    o Develop and maintain contract templates within Salesforce.

    o Implement and manage approval processes.

    o Implement electronic signature solutions.

     

    Stakeholder Management

     

    Develop strong partnerships with Technology Leadership, Product Management, and Salesforce architects to ensure the Salesforce solutions always meets and exceeds the business needs

     

    o Align on integration patterns with the Salesforce architect to support the required data interactions as needed for each deliverable within a Pod

    o Engage other Tech and Data platform teams in a continuous feedback loop that drives the Salesforce Platform forward.

    o Maintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Data teams

    Project Delivery

    o Create and maintain the engineering deliverables for Legal Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and connected solutions for the Legal Org

    o Function as a Developer within one’s pod, delivering solutions for functional requirements

    o Partnering with the Salesforce Product Manager in solution design and deliverables ensuring business needs are met

    Technology Operations

    o Define and present Salesforce application infrastructure services from internal and external providers in the Salesforce Design Working Group as needed

    o Assist in the transition of hyper care from Product Delivery to BAU work

    o Able to work independently and transparently manage time and priorities.

    o A strong desire to continuously learn new skills inside and outside the Salesforce ecosystem.

    o Exceptional attention to detail

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field/related experience.

    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components, with at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience.

    • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

    • Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes.

    • Experience with Copado, Azure DevOps, sFiles, Litify, CLM, Mulesoft, and other tools as needed

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Administrator, and Experience Cloud Consultant Certificate is required

    • Salesforce PD2 preferred

    • Salesforce architect certifications are a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
