Job Opportunity: Early Collections, Customer Service, and Funding/Data Entry Representatives

We’re hiring for multiple entry-level roles supporting automotive financial services. Whether you're helping customers stay on track with payments, resolving service inquiries, or processing loan data, your work will help drive customer satisfaction and operational success.

Open PositionsEarly Collections Representatives (ECARS)

+ Contact customers 5–29 days past due on auto payments to resolve delinquency.

+ Handle 150+ inbound/outbound calls daily.

+ Use empathy and problem-solving to understand reasons for delinquency and offer tailored solutions.

+ Negotiate payment arrangements and conduct light skip tracing to support account resolution.

Customer Service Representatives

+ Answer 60+ incoming calls daily to assist with payments, payoffs, title work, and general inquiries.

+ Identify root causes of customer issues and provide effective resolutions.

+ Document account activity clearly and accurately.

+ Balance call volume with quality service and meet deadlines for assigned tasks.

Funders / Data Entry Specialists

+ Process new loans, update loan statuses, and close out completed loans.

+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and loan documentation.

Core Responsibilities Across All Roles

+ Manage time effectively to balance call volume and quality.

+ Organize resources and references to maximize efficiency.

+ Document customer interactions with clarity and professionalism.

+ Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

+ Be punctual and ready to work at the start of each shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

+ Problem-solving mindset and team player attitude.

+ Minimum of an Associate’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in a call center or collections environment.

+ Bilingual in Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin.

+ Negotiation skills and financial services experience.

Experience Level

+ Entry-Level – Ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to grow in customer service or financial operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.50/hr.
