Position: Client Relations Liaison
Outreach is seeking a qualified candidate for the FT Client Relations Liaison position. The CCBHC Client Relations Liaison must have the ability to engage and connect with individuals who have a behavioral health disorder and /or their families. The Client Relations Liaison reports to the CCBHC Sr. Care Coordinator. Travel within NYC required. The CCBHC Client Relations Liaison is responsible for assisting and supporting CCBHC services in daily activities.
General Job Scope
+ Receive, direct and relay phone messages, emails and faxes.
+ Interface with CCBHC clients and families.
+ Perform administrative & secretarial functions.
+ Interface with provider agencies and maintain positive working relationships.
+ Prepare the CCBHC Sr. Care Coordinator for meetings including preparation for agendas and previous meeting minutes, tracking project tasks and deadlines and set up for training and events.
+ Assist with filing and organizing paperwork, reports and office materials.
+ Perform dictation, phone reception, filing, typing, copying, mailing, advocacy, and other special project tasks.
+ Produce and distribute correspondence and meeting minutes.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/ GED
+ Ability to work with diverse social, cultural, and economic groups.
+ Clerical, administrative or office management experience.
+ Proficient in the use of computer software such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Position Status
This is a full-time non-exempt position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and outside in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to travel among assigned sites and locations as needed.
