Manufacturing Technician
**Location:** New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite)
**Shift:** Rotating 12-hour shift, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Payrate: $20 - $21
+ **Week 1:** Tues, Wed, _on_ – Thurs, Fri _off_ – Sat, Sun, Mon _on_
+ **Week 2:** Tues, Wed _off_ – Thurs, Fri _on_ – Sat, Sun, Mon _off_

Job Overview
In this role, you will perform moderately complex manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include:
+ Moving totes and preparing large-scale solution batches
+ Cleaning and steaming process equipment
+ Prepping materials and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
Key Skills & Qualifications
+ **Experience:** Biotech Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing preferred, especially in solution prep
+ **Knowledge:** Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system
+ **Systems:** Basic familiarity with GMPs, Electronic Batch Records, DeltaV, and LIMS
+ **Education:**
+ High school diploma/GED + 1 year of work or military experience, **or**
+ Associate degree
