Job Description Summary
As the Control Solutions & Services (CSS) warehouse liaison, this role will be responsible for the management of day-to-day operations, duties will include accurate documentation of inventory ensuring that all raw materials and finished product are received, inspected, documented, stored, packaged, transported, and distributed according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. This leader will interface and collaborate daily with the contracted resources at site, and lead from the lens of the GE Vernova Way and ensure all policies align with the Life Savings Rules and guidelines.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
+ Oversee the receipt of incoming materials to ensure unpacking, inspection, and incoming materials are checked for defects overages/shortages to be entered in SAP/ERP system.
+ Oversee the creation and support NCRs when necessary to coordinate supplier returns, deviation requests and help to provide vendor quality data.
+ Provide guidance of sales order priorities to be accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to current logistics processes.
+ Oversee and help prioritize production order kitting/ packaging/ and shipping.
+ Ensure cycle counts are performed and reconciled as needed.
+ Lead the effort to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse processes and procedures.
+ Ensure and accept independent responsibility for compliance to GE Vernova Life Saving Rules and encourage the culture around Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
+ Interface and collaborate daily with internal customers to meet business objectives and external customer requirements.
+ Develop and improve written procedures and checklists.
Qualifications / Requirements
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Minimum 3-years’ experience overseeing warehousing and or distribution center activities.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Associates degree or higher in a technical discipline
+ Solid computer and basic math skills
+ SAP/ERP experience
+ Ability to read technical drawings
+ Flexible and effective under changing conditions and different tasks, responsibilities and people

The base pay range for this position is $74,400.00 - $99,200.00 - $124,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% Variable incentive plan annually . This posting is expected to close on 11/ _03/2025_
