How You'll Create Possibilities

This position will be based in Louisville, KY. Your assignments may require occasional travel to our other manufacturing locations in Decatur, AL; Lafayette, GA; Selmer, TN; Camden, SC.

Responsibilities:

+ Complete four (4) six (6)-month rotational assignments in controls automation, robotics, test system engineering, and brilliant factory

+ Collaborate with leaders to achieve rotation goals and objectives and experience a dynamic hands-on manufacturing environment

+ Identify and implement technical and process improvements

+ Participate in project ideation, development, and execution

+ Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and autonomy

+ Lead cross-functional teams, influencing various business levels

+ Engage in regular feedback sessions and diverse training programs

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements:

+ Pursuing or completion of a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering, or related field)

+ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, at time of graduation.

+ Prior relevant work experience or internship/co-op

+ Algorithm prototyping and coding skills

+ Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley

+ Understanding of least one CAD package, preferably Solidworks

+ Familiarity with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc **Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Electrical controls design and troubleshooting skills

+ Hands-on experience with vision technologies
