Summary
As a Lead Personal Productivity & Collaboration Engineer, you will serve as a key contributor within a dynamic, cross-functional engineering team, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of NVR's Microsoft 365 environment. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with Enterprise Technology Leaders, Managers, and cross-disciplinary teams, including development, operations, and security— to improve collaboration, adoption, productivity, and security in NVR's M365 environment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, and the rest of M365, along with a strong commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities
+ Design, implement, and manage scalable technologies and solutions in Microsoft 365.
+ Lead engagement in Copilot and other Generative AI solutions within the technology organization.
+ Provide support to users developing SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power App resources.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and deploy solutions.
+ Develop and support enablement and adoption efforts to improve user productivity and introduce new capabilities.
+ Monitor Message Center, Service Health, Secure Score, and other resources to maintain and improve Microsoft 365 for NVR.
+ Investigate and resolve complex system issues, escalating from the Help Desk or identifying during design and development phases.
+ Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including requirements, architecture diagrams, design specifications, and test plans.
+ Mentor and coach system engineering team members.
Job Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 4+ years of experience as a Personal Productivity & Collaboration Engineer or similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365's various technologies and capabilities.
+ Experience working with Defender, Purview, or other user-facing security tools.
+ Have relevant Microsoft certification (i.e., Associate level Microsoft 365 certification)
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills .
+ Experience with Azure, Intune, UEM, Atlassian (Jira) and IAM is highly preferred.
