• Field Service Supervisor, Conveyor systems

    As a **Field Service Supervisor** here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead our field service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and enhancing service performance.

     

    You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Grand Prairie, TX location on an onsite work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the success of our service operations by overseeing the team, fostering customer relationships, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Supervise and coordinate the field service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    + Develop and execute strategies to enhance service operations and improve customer satisfaction.

    + Provide technical support and mentorship to field service technicians.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Conveyor Maintenance, field service or similar roles.

    • Two or more years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance or related roles.

    • Strong technical knowledge of service operations and engineering principles.

    • Experience in implementing process improvements and best practices.

    • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies such as Conveyor systems and controls automation systems.
