Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace.
You will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems lifecycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Electronic Solutions Engineering Flight Systems business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.
This position is at the Honeywell Redmond, Washington facility. The responsibility will be providing staff on-site at Boeing, as required, to ensure efficient design integration and successful Flight Control Electronic Equipment installation/test on the airplane** . Also supporting computing resources and application software. **Honeywell will provide on-site support principally at Boeing’s Everett, WA engineering/factory facility and/or Boeing Field, WA IASL facility.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide on-site technical and coordination support at Boeing Everett and Boeing Field.
+ Support requirements development, design reviews, and verification activities.
+ Oversee FCE bench operations, maintenance, and Honeywell equipment issue resolution.
+ Collaborate with global teams on Flight Controls hardware/software development, verification, and certification.
+ Design and implement Primary/Auto flight functions (autopilot logic, flight director, envelope protection, data processing).
+ Develop certification documents (requirements, design, and test procedures).
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
+ **6+ years’ experience in the field of Flight Controls or related Controls.**
+ 6+ years’ experience in all aspects of the systems engineering process, from requirements analysis through verification testing.

+ Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Python
+ Experience with data analytics with strong math skills
The annual base salary range for this position is $138,000 - $173,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
