    Pay: $18/hr (W2, Weekly Pay)

     

    Schedule: Full-time, School Hours

     

    Start Date: Immediate

     

    Amergis is seeking a reliable and compassionate School Aide to support students and educators in the Santa Maria area. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the classroom and help students succeed both academically and personally.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support

    + Work one-on-one or in small groups with students

    + Support students with behavioral, academic, or physical needs

    + Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + Ability to pass background checks and meet local compliance requirements
